Returns & Exchanges
At Trenbe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your item isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all security tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Trenbe account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring all authenticity cards, dust bags, and tags are included.
Schedule a Pickup
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and schedule a courier collection or drop it off at an authorized shipping point.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our luxury experts inspect and approve the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
